The second time I used it, I was surprised that I pushed it out (at 5 pumps) and it gave me so much confidence that I didn’t even do it again until my birth where I pushed for 30 mins and was relaxing my body the whole time

I used Anibal only around 10 times in total before giving birth and I truly believe it made a huge difference to my birth experience.

As a first-time mother I was especially keen to prepare properly and thanks to using the device I avoided any incisions or a C-section. I gave birth with only second-degree internal tears and I strongly feel this was due to practising with Anibal beforehand and preparing my body.

I won’t pretend it was easy. It was uncomfortable and I really didn’t enjoy practising with it at the time. However I trusted the process and stuck with it and it was absolutely worth it.

From the moment I was fully dilated it took only 24 minutes to give birth which still amazes me. My recovery was incredibly quick. I healed very fast and by the next day I felt back to normal.

I am especially surprised by how smooth everything was as I am a geriatric mother and I expected recovery to be much harder.

Overall Anibal was worth every penny. Even though the preparation wasn’t pleasant the outcome made it completely worthwhile and I would recommend it to anyone considering it.

I am writing this from my hospital bed with a healthy 1st baby and an intact perineum. I had what the midwife said was the quickest first mum labour they’ve seen, total about 6h with 1h pushing, and said my perineum prep showed when they saw no tears despite the rush. They helped a lot with warm compresses and pacing, but I also credit the Aniball. Obviously it needs some common sense to avoid hurting yourself (hence why some don’t recommend it) but used properly, it’s fantastic, I highly recommend it.

Can’t recommend this product enough. Using from I was 37 weeks in my first pregnancy and had an excellent labour thanks to the preparation of aniball.
