Aniball is one of the exciting possibilities for how to help women during natural birth not to be harmed. On the other hand, Aniball may also improve - regain pelvic floor strength after vaginal delivery. The idea and thesis may make great sense to many women worldwide. So far, the use of Anibal is based on excellent experience with that gadget at our department. That is the reason why we want to have evidence-based data. Therefore, we decided to organize a multicenter study among the centers. As the biggest Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Czech Republic, we feel the responsibility for the women and midwives who would like to offer guidance and help to women.

Practicing conscious relaxation of the pelvic floor, working with the breath, the opportunity to "practice" the feeling of pressure increasing self-confidence and the feeling that I have done my best for myself - that's what it's all about.

Childbirth is usually heavily affected by a woman's psychology. Therefore, it is vital for each upcoming mum to be ready and calm. Aniball helps tremendously and teach women how to engage their pelvic muscles and breathe correctly. The pressure during labour is very specific and requires the right combination of muscle engagement and breathing to be effective and safe. This is where Aniball helps a lot. Women are ready, confident, and they know how to breathe and push.

I cannot thank you enough! First time mum using Aniball and I had no stitches, had the shortest second stage possible and to top it all off my baby came out direct OP. So really should have needed some stitching or intervention to help her out and thanks to Aniball I needed nothing all! I cannot recommend it highly enough and think every woman should be using Aniball. Thank you so much!

The exercise with the Aniball balloon and the massaging of the perineum should be part of the preparation for each woman’s natural birth. From my personal experience: as a primipara, I knew which position during childbirth would be most suitable for me, I knew the feeling of when the child’s head was crowning and how to push; and I gave birth naturally without the least injury. My son’s head circumference was 34.5 cm. Aniball is effective and safe.

As a women’s and pelvic health physiotherapist with over a decade of international experience - including in South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia, and now the Middle East - I first came across the Aniball device several years ago. Since then, it has become an invaluable adjunct in my clinical practice.
Aniball plays a key role in helping patients develop greater awareness and connection with their pelvic floor muscles. In the context of birth preparation, it offers significant benefits - both physical and psychological. When used consistently, alongside guided breath work and push practice, my patients consistently report feeling more confident and better prepared for labor and delivery.
From a clinical perspective, Aniball aligns seamlessly with my preventative and educational approach to pelvic health. Research indicates that it may help reduce the severity of perineal trauma during childbirth, and in my experience, this has proven true. Patients who use Aniball tend to experience fewer and less severe perineal tears. As a result, I am often able to begin postpartum rehabilitation earlier, progress more rapidly, and physically challenge my patients sooner in their recovery programs.
It’s essential to emphasize that the use of Aniball should always be supported by structured, individualized guidance from a trained women’s health physiotherapist or qualified practitioner. Like any clinical intervention, a thorough assessment is necessary to determine suitability, as there are cases where its use may be contraindicated.
I regularly incorporate Aniball into my treatment plans, particularly during the final stages of pregnancy. I greatly value this well-designed, evidence-informed tool for its role in empowering my patients and for supporting a more positive birth and recovery experience for them.
Aniball is so practical. It helps to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and prepares the perineum for childbirth. It is also a fantastic psychological boost, helping mums to perceive and be aware of feelings during the labour. My feedback is based on my own experience with my clients.

I am very satisfied with Aniball. I have personally tested it myself, and I recommend it to every pregnant woman. I consider it an excellent complement to my therapy, and as a result, women give birth easily and quickly - even those with an unfavorable personal or gynecological history.
I work with pregnant women after spinal surgeries, cerebral palsy, major abdominal surgeries, miscarriages, as well as with mothers who have experienced very difficult births or cesarean sections. I regard Aniball as an outstanding preventive and supportive tool that can hardly be replaced by anything else.
I love my work, and since my practice focuses on gynecological physiotherapy, I meet many women personally and intimately - and I can confirm that Aniball is safe and does not cause dilation!

Currently, almost 90% of my clients use Aniball. It helps them to prepare for the pressure they will experience during birth. They are able to breathe the baby out real quick. Most of my clients combine Aniball with perineum massage, and the results are outstanding, the vast majority have no injuries. It doesn't matter if they are first mums or not. All of them praise Aniball afterwards.

Aniball is easy to use and more effective than a perineum massage. For me, the biggest child born after Aniball use was 4650 g and 54 cm, with the childbirth lasting 3 hours, without any tearing or needing an episiotomy. Most women who use Aniball gain self-confidence for the labor. They know how to push, decreasing their fear and stress whilst reducing the risk of perineal tearing or the need for an episiotomy. I recommend Aniball to everyone because of its very reasonable price and excellent results.

Aniball plays a very important and unique role. Based on my own experience, women using Aniball know how to approach birth, they know how to push and breathe during the second stage of labour, resulting in quicker and more effective childbirth.

I see Aniball as a useful aid to understanding your body. It helps a woman discover how her body works during childbirth and what kind of sensations she will feel in the final labor stages.
Jane Curdova
Midwife
Aniball is an excellent tool that helps women prepare for childbirth - both mentally and physically. They can work well with their muscles in the final stage of labour. I can confirm that in most cases, there are no extensive injuries.

I'm a huge fan of Aniball. It is a safe way to prepare for a natural birth. My clients know how to push, the second stage of labour is shorter, and their birth experience is entirely different comparing to other mums. Aniball gives them a special kind of confidence that is really important.
Radmila Dorazil
Midwife
We have great results with Aniball at our clinic. Injuries are rare; the second stage is quicker and much better tolerated by mums. This is also important when looking to the future - safer birth means less stress and fewer problems with incontinence.
